ADA, OK - Two Pontotoc County inmates, considered armed and dangerous, are on the loose tonight but it's the person who allegedly helped them break out who's now behind bars.
Pontotoc County Sheriff John Christian said during a head count at 5 a.m. Wednesday detention officers realized two inmates were missing from their cell.
Christian said they are currently looking for 32-year-old Johnny Welborn Brown Jr.
Brown is charged with armed robbery, possession of marijuana and probation violation.
Christian said they are also searching for 23-year-old Mark Davis Matthews who is convicted of second degree burglary and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Matthews was being held in the Pontotoc County Justice Center awaiting transfer to an oklahoma state prison.
Christian said detention officer Jerrianna Kindrick was placed under arrest for aiding the escape of Brown and Matthews.
Her bond is set at one hundred thousand dollars.
If you have any information on their whereabouts you are urged to contact your local law enforcement.
