MARSHALL COUNTY, OK - A preliminary hearing date has been set for a Kingston man accused of murder.
Joshua Scott is set to appear in court Nov. 8.
He's accused of murdering Chad Wayne Page, stealing his car then giving the gun to Joshua Mahaffey.
Mahaffey then shot and killed his pregnant ex-girlfriend Ashleigh Lindsay before turning the gun on himself.
Scott is charged with thee counts of first degree murder, burglary and larceny of an automobile.
He has entered a plea of not guilty to all charges.
