MARSHALL COUNTY, OK - Court records show a status hearing for the Enos man arrested for allegedly shooting his ex-girlfriend last month was held Thursday.
48-year-old Russell Neasbitt is charged with shooting with intent to kill.
Marshall County Sheriff's Deputies said Neasbitt shot 39-year-old Kay Villicana twice in the shoulder and neck on July 17th as she was in a car outside his home of Blackbird Road.
We're told Villicana has recovered.
Neasbitt's bond remains set at $750,000.
