Madill, OK--We are learning more about the first victim in a Marshall county double murder, one week ago. 43 year old Chad Page was killed after authorities say Joshua Scott convinced him to take a drive.
Page was Scott's mother's boyfriend and the two reportedly had a rocky relationship. Scott drove to Fobb Bottom Road, where Marshall county deputies said he shot and killed Page then stole his car.
Investigators said Scott then drove to pick up his friend Joshua Mahaffey and the two went to Kingston where Mahaffey shot his pregnant ex-girlfriend, Ashleigh Lindsey then himself.
Lindsey died later that evening. Scott is now facing several charges including first degree murder and could face the death penalty if found guilty.
