MARSHALL CO., OK-A trial date has been set for a Marshall county man accused of murder in Friday morning's preliminary hearing.
Marshall County District Attorney, Craig Ladd, said Joshua Scott is scheduled for arraignment on January 2nd. Ladd said Scott faces three counts of first degree murder for the death of Chad Page, Ashleigh Lindsey and her unborn child.
