Change over to sleet and snow by Noon hwy 82 north to hwy 70, and changing to sleet and snow from 82 south to I-20 around 2 pm. Texoma can expect 1-4 inches of snow with gusty winds of 30 mph, blowing snow reducing visibilities and wind chills near 10. Texoma will see TRAVEL PROBLEMS from Noon Christmas day into Wednesday Noon.
