BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- The CDC reports that H1N1 infections are now widespread in 41 states. While the H1N1 vaccine is now available, local health departments are working to make sure those most at risk are getting the shots first. - Accused murderer extradited to Bryan County
DURANT, OK -- The Texas man charged with the murder of an 11-year-old Cartwright girl has now been extradited to Bryan County. Jason Belew has been in Custody since Sunday afternoon. Since he was arrested in Grayson County and had outstanding warrants, those matters had to be cleared up before Belew could be returned to Oklahoma.

ARDMORE, OK -- The Carter County Health Department is confirming the death of a child due to H1N1 complications. POTTSBORO, TX -- Pottsboro Press Publisher Frank Alvarez told KXII on the phone the printing of an ad in the newspaper was a mistake. The ad printed at the bottom of page P5 is supposed to be an anti-drug public service announcement, but contains several profanities. The 'S' and 'F' words are printed more than once in the ad.

ARDMORE, OK -- A Carter County man accused of first degree manslaughter did not stand trial Monday as originally scheduled. Christopher Haslacker, 30, of Healdton, is accused of beating his then-girlfriend, Connie Griffith, to death back in August of 2008.
