SHERMAN, Texas (KXII) - Ardmore police have arrested a teenager they say shot an innocent bystander at a park in June.

Police say Jackson Henry Williams, 17, pulled the trigger in the June 23 shooting at Charlotte Hall Park.

Officers say it started when Williams and Gabreon Noland, 19, were arguing during a marijuana deal when Williams ran and fired a gun four times, with three bullets hitting the victim’s car.

Two bullets hit the victim’s tires and one went into her back. She was last listed as stable the day after the shooting.

Police also arrested Noland on a charge of unlawful carry of a firearm.
