ARDMORE, Okla. (KXII) - A 21-year-old woman is behind bars in the Carter County Jail after she assaulted and spat on officers in Ardmore.

Court documents show Leshawna Johnson is charged with assault and battery on a police officer and two counts of prisoner placing body fluid on a government employee.

Johnson was arrested around July 9th for kicking an Ardmore police officer’s knee. She was later transported to the Carter County Jail where she spat on a different APD officer, allegedly into his mouth, and spat on a Carter County deputy.

Johnson faces a $5,000 bond for her three felony charges.
