WHITESBORO, Texas (KXII) - A man is in jail charged with arson for several hay bale fires in Grayson County last summer.

The Grayson County Sheriff’s Office says Johnathan Crosby, 21, was arrested on a warrant in Bryan County Thursday night.

Crosby faces three charges of arson for multiple hay fires around Whitesboro in July 2019, including one that destroyed a barn.

The owner of that barn said the damage to the building and the hundreds of hay bales left him out around $100,000.
