BRYAN COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) - State Highway 91 in Bryan County is back open after a semi crash Monday morning.

The Achille Volunteer Fire Department says around 9:30 a.m., a semi carrying sod crashed while going west on the highway between Colbert and Achille.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the drive, 46-year-old Laramie Cole of Sherman, Texas, was flown to a Plano hospital with internal injuries.

OHP says Cole overcorrected after his semi left the roadway, causing it to roll.

Cole was pinned for around 25 minutes.

OHP sites inattention as the cause of the crash. Troopers say Cole was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and airbags were not equipped.

The highway was blocked for several hours during cleanup.
