BONHAM, Texas (KXII) - A woman wanted in connection to the murder of a Ladonia man last summer surrendered to authorities in Bonham yesterday.

Ladonia Police Chief Howard Day said Carmen (Taylor) Cuba turned herself in at the Fannin County Sheriff’s Office around 3 p.m. where she was booked into the county jail. Bond was set at $115,000.

Cuba is charged with murder in the shooting death of JC Campbell at the Texoma Housing Authority complex last August.

The two subjects have been on the run since the incident occurred.

The US Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force, the Texas Rangers and the Ladonia Police Department will continue their efforts to locate Justin Cuba, the alleged shooter, Day said.
