Drury Vaughan is a reporter who joined the News 12 team in June 2023. He works out of the Ardmore Bureau.
He graduated with an associate degree from Tyler Junior College in 2019 before getting his bachelor’s degree in Converged Media Broadcast from the University of North Texas in 2023.
While at UNT, Drury worked on the Mean Green Screan, which was a sports segment for the university’s student-run news station, North Texas Television (ntTv).
Drury interned with KXII Sports from January 2023 until being hired full-time as a news reporter.
Drury is from Winnsboro, TX, so he grew up watching KXII’s sister-station KLTV, and he is excited to now share the stories of the people in Texoma.
