Skylar, a native of North Texas, comes from KIFI/KIDK in Idaho Falls, where she perfected her weather forecasting skills.
Skylar graduated from the University of Alaska with a BA in Journalism and a minor in science and went on to work as a reporter and anchor at various places around the country.
She is currently attending the University of Miami Rosensthiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science, for a Master’s degree in Meteorology, where her primary focus is severe weather and tropical systems.
Skylar is happy to be back home in the Texoma area.
