Meredith McCown joined KXII as a reporter in June 2018 and was promoted to weekend anchor a year later.
A Texan at heart, she's from Dallas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication. She interned for the local news station in College Station and fell in love with broadcast journalism. She's passionate about telling stories and loves meeting new people in Texoma.
She's honored to bring you the weekend news at 6 and 10 p.m. on Saturdays and 5:30 and 10 p.m. on Sundays.
When she's not reporting, she's either on a run, exploring a new coffee shop or spending time with her family.
