COMMERCE, Tex. (KXII) -- Two A&M Commerce football players were robbed and shot in Miami, Florida Saturday afternoon, according to the university.

A release says the student-athletes were on spring break in Miami when they were held at gunpoint and then shot.

The university says both students are being treated at a Miami hospital.

No word on their condition.
