According to police, officers knocked on Baker's door five times, and each time stated they had a search warrant.

Police provided us with video from moments after Police kicked the door down.

"I haven't resisted, not resisting!" said city councilman Bryan Baker, after he was placed in handcuffs.

Meanwhile, Ashley Baker recorded her own video, and claims her husband was roughed up by police and had to be checked out at a local hospital.

Police say they did not place Ashley Baker in handcuffs immediately because she was holding her child.

"I panicked. I was worried for my daughter on what I was going to do with her so she didn't have to see this," said Ashley in an interview on Monday.

Ashley Baker has been to prison for drugs, and admitted to News 12 on Monday she is a convicted felon.

Police could not find the weapon inside the house, so they went outside to a barn on the Bakers' property.

That's where Police say they found a 9 mm pistol and 20 rounds of ammo

"Ok that meets the requirement of our search warrant, we can take her to jail I believe," said one of the Achille police officers in the video.

Ashley Baker says the gun belonged to a tenant living in the barn, but Achille police say Ashley Baker was arrested because the gun was found on her property.

News 12 asked Achille police officers to interview about the case, but declined to comment.
