SHERMAN, Tex. (KXII)- "Everyone knows that when there's something behind your vehicle, you should stop," said CJ Beauty manager Jin Jeong.

Jeong claims he saw a woman take a box of false eyelashes from his store Monday afternoon.

When she walked out of the store, Joeng went after her.

Trying to prevent her from leaving, he stood behind the car.

"I just called 911 behind her vehicle. I never expected her vehicle to back up," said Jeong.

Jeong wasn't hurt in the incident.

Jeong thinks she also took makeup and hair extensions, but didn't catch that on camera.

Sherman police say they can't do anything because while there's surveillance video, they say it's not clear to them whether she stole anything.

They also tell us no charges will be filed against the driver of the car that hit Jeong, because Jeong didn't have legal authority to block them in.

"No information was reported to us as far what was stolen, or any evidence to show that theft really occurred," said Sgt. Brett Mullen.

However Jeong insists this woman stole from his store.

"She noticed the blind spot, and she tried to get something, and put something in her pockets in the blind spot. Clearly they took eyelashes," said Jeong.

He also says the driver should be punished for hitting him with their car.

"She just wanted to run away. I think they should be arrested. I think its right," said Jeong.
