Body of missing Durant woman found

DURANT, Okla. -- A woman reported missing by her family in Durant has been found dead.
Troopers say 61-year-old Phyliss Cater was last seen Monday, May 23rd on Sawmill Road.
Her family reported her missing to Durant Police Saturday, May 28th. Troopers say they found Harris and her crashed car Sunday. They believe she went off Sawmill Road, down an embankment then rolled coming to a rest upside down in a river.
Her body was sent to the Oklahoma Medical Examiner's Office. The accident is under investigation.
