LOVE COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) - The bond for the Denton man suspected of killing his mother over the weekend has been set to $1 million.

22-year-old Isaac Warriner faces a charge of fugitive from justice in Love County.

Warriner was arrested Monday after he led authorities on a high speed chase from Gainesville.

He crashed out on Interstate 35 outside of Thackerville.

Denton police say Warriner is a suspect in the murder of his mother, whose body was found in her Denton apartment Sunday night.

Police say there were signs of trauma, but no cause of death has been released.

Warriner has warrants in Cooke County and Denton for abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.

He refused extradition to Texas.
