Community leaders came together Thursday to talk about the way Texoma handles mental health.
This year the Texoma Behavioral Health Team held its fourth annual Community Behavioral Health Conference Thursday morning.
The event is meant to inspire collaboration between law enforcement, medicine, educators, local government and business.
The goal is to not only start the conversation about the community's mental health needs but to put a plan in place to meet them.
The TBHLT themes this year's event around trauma in hoped to shed a light on how common mental health issues are in Texas and Oklahoma.
