White is being investigated by Davis Police for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a student while she was teaching.

On Dec. 14, the police investigation showed White had filed for a marriage license with a 16-year-old minor at the Cleveland County Courthouse.

The school says White was no longer employed by Davis Schools at that time.

The allegations of an inappropriate relationship are still being investigated.
