Denison stabbing may have stemmed from domestic dispute

DENISON, Tex. (KXII) -- Denison police said a man who was fatally stabbed to death got into a fight with his girlfriend moments before he died.

It happened this past Saturday at a home near West Walker and Burnett.

Police said the incident started as a domestic disturbance between a woman who lives at the home and her boyfriend, Lucio Alejandro Tello, 37, of Arlington.

Police said the pair got into a fight, and Tello was stabbed.

He died at an area hospital.

So far no arrests have been made in the case.
