District Attorney ponders charges in Tishomingo teacher case

TISHOMINGO, Okla. (KXII) -- The high school teacher accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student could still face charges.

Shelley Duncan still has not been charged after being arrested in September for having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old.

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation spokesperson Jessica Brown said results its investigation was turned over to district attorney Craig Ladd a couple of weeks ago.

Ladd said his office is reviewing data from cell phones, as well as recorded interviews with witnesses.
