Driver charged with manslaughter after fatal Murray County crash

MURRAY COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) - Officers arrested a Murray County man Wednesday for a June crash that left a Davis woman dead.

Chance Rylan Graves, 22, is charged with first-degree manslaughter.

Court documents say Graves was driving under the influence when he crossed the center line of Chickasaw Turnpike, hitting another car.

Ashley Wesberry, 29, a passenger in that car, was pronounced dead at the scene.

If found guilty, Graves faces at least four years in prison.
