"Three cop cars come flying down this street (and) come around this corner," Kenneth Smith said.

Kenneth Smith was working inside this home when he heard sirens and peeked out the window.

"They came around and cornered these people with officers on all sides, jumped on them, threw them down on the ground and handcuffed them and I was just up there going 'whoa,' " Smith said.

Ardmore police arrested three people from the car - Brandyn Kelly, Shandell Hanan, Ardmondo Ayala - all from the Dallas area.

But Sgt. Brice Woolly says the driver, 23-year-old Renay Moreno from Grand Prairie, TX got away.

"We believe the car was stolen in Dallas," Woolly said. "We were advised by the Dallas authorities down there that it was taken in an armed robbery."

Woolly says an officer saw the car without a license plate driving recklessly around Merrick Dr. and Commerce - the officer attempted to pull the car over but it took off, leading police on a pursuit through the busy intersections on Commerce and drove over a median.

"(It) Hit the curbs, caused damaged to the tires and then tried to make a turn on the wet pavement and wound up going into a yard," Woolly said.

The yard outside of the home Smith was working on.

"I knew as soon as they jumped on the people okay this is some kind of chase they were in," Smith said.

Woolly says Moreno could be armed since he is believed to be involved in an aggravated robbery.

He says Moreno also goes by the name Jaime R Vela.

Moreno was last seen wearing a blue shirt, jeans and has star tattoos under both eyes.

Woolly says if you have any information on Moreno's whereabouts to give their office a call.
