MARIETTA, Okla. (KXII) - A Marietta man was arrested over the weekend after police say he tried to break into a marijuana dispensary while drunk.

Bryan Nash was arrested for attempting to break into a Marietta medical marijuana dispensary.

Chief Dustin Scott says a burglar alarm at Junction 420 on Memorial Drive alerted police someone was trying to break into the dispensary around 1 a.m. Saturday.

Surveillance video shows the moment the officers arrived and found 28-year-old Bryan Nash had removed the screen off a window and used a rock to break it.

Scott says Nash was kicked out of a Love County festival earlier that day for attempting to steal a hat from a vendor.

Nash is charged with attempted burglary and public intoxication. He has a $1,500 cash bond.
