DURANT, Okla. (KXII) -- One City Council member announced on Facebook that she will contest the council meeting minutes from its December meeting, claiming the city altered those minutes.

On the Facebook page Concerned Residents Against Misrepresentation and Mismanagement (CRAMM), Councilor Oden Grube claims meeting minutes were changed online after the Dec. 12 meeting regarding the city manager's future employment.

Four councilors voted to continue city manager Tim Rundle's employment. Grube voted against it.

Grube claims the minutes were changed and an audio recording of the motion made following executive session has parts redacted.

Rundel responded to a request for comment stating, "I don’t believe there was any miscommunication. A council member made a motion, there was a second. Four council members voted yes and Council Member Grube voted no. That’s the way the minutes were recorded and submitted for approval for tomorrow (Tuesday) night's meeting."
