DURANT, Okla. (KXII)- A 16-year-old boy went to the Durant Walmart by himself about two weeks ago for gas and floor mats, but first needed to use the restroom.
That's when the teen says he noticed Sean Ojeda sitting on a bench nearby.
Ojeda is in the process of transitioning genders. He calls himself Alicia Gray and was presenting himself as a woman.
Police say Ojeda followed the 16-year-old into the men's restroom. The teen told police Ojeda reached for his private parts while the two were at the urinals.
That's when he says he pushed Ojeda's hands away and told him to leave him alone.
But the teen says Ojeda wouldn't stop, so he left the bathroom.
"I tell every parent, no matter the age of your son or your daughter, definitely guard the bathroom doors. And its nothing to try to point out people but its just being a parent, and parenting your child and really trying to take care of your child," said the teen's father.
Ojeda told officers he was looking for someone he met online that he thought looked like the teenager.
Ojeda is out on bond Wednesday and could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
