Former Kingston teacher pleads guilty to rape

MADILL, Okla. (KXII) - A former Kingston first grade teacher accused of having sex with multiple high school boys pleaded guilty Monday.

Tasha McCuan was arrested last spring after an investigation revealed she'd had sex with three different male Kingston High School students from 2016 to 2017.

The 44-year-old was immediately fired, and her Oklahoma teaching license remains suspended.

In a blind plea Monday, the state dropped two of the three second degree rape charges against her.

Sentencing is set for October 7, where the state will make their official recommendation for punishment.

McCuan faces up to 15 years in prison.
