FANNIN COUNTY, Texas (KXII) -- A former Trenton reserve officer has been arrested again.

Fannin County District Attorney Richard Glaser says John Shuler is behind bars this time for bail jumping.

Glaser says he was scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning but didn't show up, and was arrested a short time later.

Shuler was indicted for allegedly posing as a judge and signing a search warrant for a blood draw while he was working a DWI stop in April.

Glaser says other charges may be filed Monday.
