Fort Towson woman charged with murder for husband's death

Shonda Johnson-Williams

FORT TOWSON, Okla. (KXII) - A Fort Towson woman has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with her husband's death.

Investigators say Shonda Lynette Johnson-Williams stabbed her husband, Jamie Wiliams. The medical examiner confirmed the injury caused his death.

An affidavit says Williams's daughter had stayed over at the house with her boyfriend. The daughter's boyfriend told investigators the two were in bed when Williams came into the room holding two filet knives before telling him she had stabbed Jamie and they needed to leave.

Investigators found two filet knives that matched the stab wound found on his abdomen.

Williams was denied bond.

A court appearance is scheduled for December 31.
