KNOLLWOOD, Texas (KXII) -- "We have a very good shot of him, obviously no face because I highly doubt he's the actual Spider-Man," says Knollwood Country Store manager Brandon Seabaugh.

Seabaugh says he captured someone resembling the superhero Spider-Man burglarizing his store.

"Well I ithink the Spider-Man mask is to hide his face," says Seabaugh. "We do have cameras all around the store."

It happened Monday morning around 1:15.

"Guy walked up to the store and tried to break through the door but can't break through the door because it's special glass and almost unbreakable," says Seabaugh.

But when the door failed to break with a rock, Spider-Man tried the windows.

"Started to take some stuff and tipped over the shelf for good measure," says Seabaugh.

The suspect never got into the store, but left behind a lot of damage.

"But sometimes you have to wonder if they want the booze or the rush of tearing something up," says Knollwood cashier Jennifer Marrow.

"But all in all angry and disappointed in those type of people," says Knollwood cashier Brooklynn Byrum.

The suspect hasn't been caught, but the Grayson County Sheriff's Office says it's still under investigation.

"Why take a few bottles of liquor," asks Seabaugh. "I mean if you get caught it's a felony, you trespassed, you stole, you broke bottles."

If anyone has any information, you are asked to contact Investigator Wainscott at 903-813-4200, ext 2215 or wainscottd.@co.grayson.tx.us.
