Helicopter makes emergency landing in Marshall County

MARSHALL COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) - Emergency crews responded to a helicopter landing in Marshall County Wednesday afternoon.

Marshall County Emergency Manager Robert Chaney says a small helicopter made a hard landing near Simpson Rd north of US 70.

Chaney says the pilot called the it in, saying he wasn't hurt and did not want an ambulance.

Two fire engines were on scene.

OHP is investigating to determine if the FAA needed to be contacted.
