HOWE, Tex. (KXII) - The Howe Police Department is asking for the public's help to locate a convicted sex offender who failed to register with the police department.

Officers say 33-year-old Michael Lively was convicted in Oklahoma in 2008 for lewd molestation of a person under 16 years of age. He was labeled a lifetime registrant.

Lively was convicted twice in Oklahoma for failing to register with local law enforcement. Officials say he last registered in 2017.

Howe police say Lively was last seen May 3 in Sherman. He is described as a 6-foot tall white man weighting approximately 180 pounds. He has thin brown hair, blue eyes, and might have a beard or goatee.

Police say Lively has several tattoos. He has the name "Georgina Fuersen" on his chest, a heart on his upper left arm, a dragon on his right shoulder, a cheetah on his right forearm, flames on both forearms and the words "hard hands" on his hands.

Anyone with information as to Lively's whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Howe Police Sergeant Keith Milks at 903-532-9971.
