The Texas Department of Transportation is planning lane closures in two different areas on U.S. Highway 75 in Collin County.

TxDOT says the north and southbound lanes will experience closures beginning Thursday morning at 9 a.m. near Anna until around 3:30 p.m.

On the northbound side, the left lane will be closed. On the southbound side, the right lane ill be closed to install rip rap under the FM 455 bridge.

Around 11 p.m. Thursday rolling lane closures are planned in both directions between Melissa Road and Buc-ee's way so a utility company can place wires across the highway.

All lanes will be open by 6 a.m. Friday morning.
