Turner Falls drowning victim identified as Wichita Falls college student

Officials have identified a man who drowned Sunday at Turner Falls Park as a college student from Wichita Falls, Texas.

Naga Subash Moturu, 26, was swimming with friends at the Blue Hole Pool around 5 p.m. Sunday

Officials say Moturu went under the water and did not resurface.
