DAVIS, Okla. (KXII) - A man pleaded guilty in Murray county court today to shooting a teen girl back in April.
District Attorney Craig Ladd says Keauveon Wilson pleaded guilty to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Wilson was sentenced to 17 years.
Ladd says Wilson will spend 7 of those years in prison and then the other 10 out of prison on a suspended sentence.
The shooting happened in Davis.
The father of the teen shot at told us the fight had escalated from a feud on social media.
Ladd says the agreement was made with the approval from the victim and her family.
