PIMA COUNTY, Ariz. (KXII) - A flight from Dallas to Los Angeles had to be diverted Tuesday night after officials say a Love County man caused a disturbance.

Officials arrested David Broseh, 51, of Marietta after the Southwest Airlines flight landed in Tuscon, Arizona.

Broseh is accused of attacking other passengers on the flight.

"We didn't have a whole lot more information other than the passenger being disruptive to the point where the flight crew felt it would be the safest and best to land immediately to get him off the plane," said Tuscon International Airport VP of Public Safety John Ivanoff.

Broseh was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and two counts of assault.

No one was hurt. Witnesses told airport police Broseh appeared to be intoxicated.
