DENISON, Texas (KXII) -- Coming to Denison in the Fall of 2018.

"We got 23 acres we're gonna do an entire development on," said realtor Sara Jerome. "The first will be Mark Schulman's, Schulman's Movie Bowl and Grille."

An entertainment center for friends and family, like this one in Bay City, Texas.

Located off highway 75 and Crawford, Schulman's Movie Bowl Grille will feature a bowling alley, eight dine-in movie theaters, a restaurant with a bar, an interactive arcade and laser tag.

"I'm excited I can't wait to take the kids there," said Denison resident Teighlor Molignaro. "I can't wait to see everything they will have."

"I think it's gonna be great because we have a younger daughter," said Denison residents Michael and Renee Mcanally.

Families we spoke with say they will be able to enjoy family time just a stone's throw away from home.

"The nearest place is Choctaw in Durant," said the Mcanally's. "And this will be great because it's right here by our neighborhood."

"We always go to Durant for bowling and stuff that's just the closest place that's really enjoyable for everyone so it will be much nicer to have that closer to us," said Molignaro.

But that's not all the new addition will have.

"We're gonna have six more areas for restaurants, local and chain, and then more retail space behind it so we're real excited," said Jerome.

Jerome said the entertainment center alone will bring in a lot of jobs.

"It will employ about 150 people, it brings jobs and income back here to Denison," said Jerome. "Hopefully we'll become an area where we can drive to, to go to the movies, to dine, to go bowling and go do different things."
