New ambulance comes to Denison

DENISON, Tex. (KXII) - The City of Denison bought a new ambulance for the city's emergency management team.

City officials say Medic 63 is a $250,000 ambulance.

the new ride is 2 feet longer and 7 inches taller than their other ambulances.

A representative from Denison EMS says the new ambulance is easier for personnel to stand in.

The ambulance can fit up to four extra people inside, has a child safety seat and four-wheel drive.
