BRYAN COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) - The Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation says they're investigating a "suspicious death" after a body was found in Bryan County Thursday morning.
Sheriff Johnny Christian says the body was found before 9 a.m. by a woman who was driving down Matoy Road looking for people hunting illegally.
The woman told deputies she pulled over and saw the car parked on the side of the road with blood on the side of the car and a body inside.
OSBI and the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner arrived on the scene a couple of hours later.
The OSBI is calling the deceased person a victim but is not say what, if any, crime occurred.
The medical examiner has the body and will determine the identity and cause of death.
