WILSON, Okla. (KXII) - One of the three suspects involved in a check fraud case in Wilson, OK is behind bars.

Wilson police said the Tulsa County sheriff's office arrested Robert Alexander II for other charges.

Tulsa County inmate records show he was arrested on Dec.15, but Wilson police were not notified until Sat. Dec. 29.

Alexander was transferred to Woodward County in northeastern Oklahoma for outstanding warrants.

Wilson police said Carter County sheriff's office placed a hold on Alexander.

Wilson interim police chief Kevin Coley said a warrant was issued for Alexander, Kevin Parker and Kirsten Maurizzo for forgery earlier this week.

In November, the trio counterfeited checks by using a laptop and printer in their car, cashing in $2500 at the Super C Mart in Wilson, OK.

Coley says the group also cashed checks at a Cuper C mart in Lindsey and Noble, OK.

Anyone with information on Parker and Maurizzo is asked to call Wilson police.
