Paris diner robbed, police investigating

PARIS, Tex. (KXII) -- Paris Police are investigating after a local diner was robbed early Tuesday morning.

Police say they were called to the Sunriser Diner on North Main just after midnight.

They were told that a man, described as being 6 feet, 1 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, with brown eyes, wearing dark clothing, and a full mask, entered the 24-hour diner and demanded money.

The man was said to have possibly had a handgun concealed in his pocket.

He made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
