Peach Crisp Recipe

Filling:

2 Cups Frozen Peaches

1 Tbs. - Corn Starch

1 Tbs. - White Sugar

1 Tbs. - Brown Sugar

1 tsp. - Cinnamon

Coat frozen peaches with the above mixture and sprinkle with 1 tsp. of vanilla extract and set aside.

Topping:

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

3/4 cup flour

1 tsp. salt

3/4 cup oatmeal

3/4 cup cubed cold butter

Mix topping ingredients together.

Place peaches evenly in baking dishes and sprinkle topping mixture evenly over the peaches.

Bake at 350 degrees until topping is golden brown.
