SHERMAN, Tex. (KXII) - Police are continuing to investigate a shooting incident that happened in a Sherman neighborhood on Friday night.

It happened around 9:30 p.m. in the 800 block of north Throckmorton, near Carter Street.

Police would not confirm a drive-by shooting because they do not know if the shooter was inside or outside the car when shots were fired, but did confirm there was a shots fired incident.

Sherman Police tell News 12 that a white Dodge Charger was hit with multiple bullets on the passenger side.

They also say that the incident was not a random act, and it may have stemmed from a conflict between a person at the home and the people or person involved in the shooting.

No injuries were reported, no arrests have been made.
