ADA, Okla. (KXII) - Ada police are investigating after a body was found near a bike trail.
Around 11:10 a.m. Thursday morning an off duty officers found a body in the area between E 14th and E 15th streets near S Constant Avenue.
Officials say the body appears to be that of a white man in his late 30s or early 40s with no visible signs of trauma. No ID was found.
It is unknown how long the man's body was there before being found.
Police say the man may have been homeless.
"We have checked with the area homeless services. Neither one of those places were able to identify him as a customer. He hasn't been receiving service here in Ada," said Det. Jason Potter.
The man's body has been sent off for autopsy.
