SHERMAN, Texas (KXII) -- Just over four years after the incident, the state appeals court ruled that the dashcam video of country singer Randy Travis' arrest has to be released to the public. Just don't expect to see it anytime soon.
Grayson County District Attorney Joe Brown says Randy Travis' attorney appealed this decision, and so it could be months before anyone gets the video.
Travis was arrested and charged with DWI near his home in Tioga. Troopers say Travis was lying naked in the road when they arrived, after he had driven off of the north side of the road, striking several barricades in a construction zone.
