Rebecca Robinson shares her Jalapeno Poppers recipe

Ingredients:
Filling:
2 8oz packages of cream cheese; softened
1/2 cup mayo or sour cream
1/4 cup diced green onions
4-5 diced jalapeños (I like to leave the seeds in for a spicier dip!)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (pepper jack would be a good replacement!)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (try a smoked Gouda for something different!)
5 slices of bacon, crispy and crumbled

Topping:
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup Parmesan
1/2 cup GF bread crumbs

Process:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix together all the ingredients for the filling together and pour into an 8x8 baking dish
Mix together topping ingredients and evenly distribute on top
Bake for 20-30 minutes
