RINGLING, Okla. (KXII) - Dozens of firefighters worked together to put out a multi-building structure fire in Ringling Saturday afternoon.
Ringling Fire Chief Lee Aston says the call came in around 2:30 p.m.
He says no one was inside the four buildings that were damaged.
Several local fire departments responded to the fire that took about two and half hours to contain.
Aston says at least 10 firefighters had to be taken to the hospital due to heat exhaustion but there were no other injuries.
He also says a few nearby homes were damaged due to the fire spreading and that the wind made it harder to put it out.
Aston tells us they suspect it was an electrical fire.
